Our Sustainable Frameworks:

Public Health - Urban school students collaborate with community grocery stores and community produce markets to provide fruits and vegetables to school-aged children. Community Partners have agreed not to sell candy, chips and other unhealthy snacks to children from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. Rather, the children will be given bags of fruits and vegetables in our effort to improve nutrition through our preventive care approach.

Education-Road to 2010- Closing The Technology Gap - Community Partners and businesses have partnered to deliver computers and build learning centers in communities to enhance technical computing skills for adults and children. Partners 4 Change has committed to making sure 210 computers can be in our communities for adults and children to use.

Economic Development - Improving economic development is rooted in a tri-faceted partnership where individuals, governmental institutions and community development corporations are aligned with a shared vision to initially build stronger families, businesses and individuals. The Bridge Review publishing firm solicits manuscripts from individuals who are incarcerated who are writing books. The Bridge Review is fully responsible for printing and marketing these books and proceeds are used to benefit the community through community beautification, scholarships, and business start-up grants.
